The Housing Revival Project was founded to solve a clear problem: too many Baltimore homes sit vacant while families struggle to find affordable housing. We’ve seen firsthand how red tape, lack of funding, and disinvestment block change. This organization was created to break through that. We don’t just develop — we listen, partner, and rebuild with community.
These images highlight early rehabilitation work led by our team as part of our model for transforming vacant properties into safe, affordable housing. This work has included collaboration with three community-based nonprofit organizations, reinforcing our commitment to a partnership-driven approach that expands capacity and local impact.
